Apollo FM is delighted to continue its relationship with Thirteen Group with a new project at its former head office.
Following the completion of work at Thirteen’s new recycling centre, our next project will transform a 43,000 sq ft building at Northshore in Stockton-on-Tees.
Thirteen moved out of these custom-built headquarters last year to relocate to its newly-refurbished Hudson Quay build. Now, the business wants to change the premises into a multi-use office building that it can lease to multiple companies.
Apollo’s work will include:
- All electrical work including the installation of new lighting.
- New flooring.
- New suspended ceilings.
- Integration of the existing fire alarm system into the building’s new layout.
All our work will be done to match the specifications from the building’s original designs and be undertaken side-by-side with Identity Consult to achieve Thirteen’s vision for the site.
We are also excited to be working with Coolcheck, which will be doing all the air conditioning and ventilation works for the site.
Apollo’s engineers are due to complete a seven-week programme of work, which will get the building ready to welcome new tenants before Christmas.
